BOOKING INFORMATION

Our venue is approximately 1800 sq ft. with two levels. 

Open House/Tours for viewing by appointment only!

A non-refundable retainer fee of $200.00 (to be applied to your total balance) will be required in order to reserve your date.

A refundable security deposit of "$100" is also due at signing.

 

The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to your event. A valid ID and Credit Card needed on file for incidentals. If full payment is not received within fourteen days before the event, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, and no refund will be given.

All Bookings are subject to 8% total PA and City sales tax. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

The hours of operation are from 9:00am until 1:00am.   Events may not last beyond 1:00 a.m.   This 1:00 a.m. deadline includes cleanup time.​ Arrangements must be made by the CLIENT to have all rental equipment picked up and removed from the Facility the same day as the Event or before the Event’s time deadline unless there is prior approval.  Diamond Club Events is not responsible for any damage or theft of any items left by the CLIENT or any guest attending the CLIENT’S event.

 

MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS TO BOOK PARTY.

**All Events are First Come First Serve. NO Events will be held without a deposit**


**Security WILL be required for events with parties after 8pm through our preferred vendors. Additional fees apply**

 

Beverages will be available for purchase at our fully stocked cash bar. 

We are partnered with Event Help to assist with obtaining event insurance.

  • Any damages to the venue during the event will be the responsibility of the client

  • Compliance with local regulations and venue policies is mandatory

  • Guest count must adhere to the venue's capacity limits

    Cash, Apple/Google Pay and Venmo
    Debit/Credit Cards also accepted (Subject to an additional processing fee)
