Starting at $800.-First Floor Only for events before 7pm. Just $100 more for events after 7pm  VENUE ONLY

  • 7 hours total-YOU CAN PICK THE START AND END TIME

  • 2 hours for set up/decor

  • 4hours for the celebration

  • 1 hour for breakdown

  • Spacious and versatile event space suitable for various occasions 

1. Set Up/Decor Time (2 hours):

  • Early access to the event space for set up and decoration purposes before your event.

  • Flexible layout options to accommodate your event theme and requirements

  • Assistance from venue staff during the set-up period

2. Celebration Time (4 hours):

  • Exclusive use of the event space for the main event

  • Access to basic furniture (tables and chairs) as per your event needs

  • On-site event coordinator to ensure smooth proceedings

  • Cash Bar

3. Breakdown Time (1 hour):

  • Post-event breakdown assistance provided by venue staff included with every booking 

  • The rental includes total cleaning of the venue before and after all events, which includes trash bag removal at end of event and cleaning of floors, restrooms and contact surfaces. At event end, just take all trash off tables and put in trash bags, take your food, gifts and go!

 

Additional Services:

  • Additional hours beyond the 7-hours can be arranged for an extra fee

  • Inquire about full day rates, whole venue pricing or just the first OR second floor, and open bar packages.

Just want our second floor~No problem. Starting at just $600.00 for parties before 7pm for 7hrs.

  • Diamond Plus Tablescaping decor packages-These packages are perfect for those wanting a venue with essential décor included

  • All Standard Amenities included​

  • Your choice of colors and accents

  • Table linens-assorted fabrics to choose from, Linen Napkins, Decorative charger plates, Premium disposable plates and utensils, Beverage dispensers

  • Premium table centerpieces (choice of floral or candle in-house decor) 

  • Assorted table accents (floral and/ or candle elements)

  • Colored table runners (color of your choice)  

  • Colored linen-cloth dinner napkins w/ napkin rings (color of your choice)  

  • Upgrade to white or color table linens (color of your choice) 

  • Pricing based on client's needs
