Yes, outside food, caterers, and DJs are welcome. Please note, we have a full kitchen but not food preparation on site. Microwave is provided.
Due to limited storage space, we cannot store items on-site. Please plan accordingly for setup and breakdown within your reserved time. Vendors are not allowed to drop off items before your booking time, and all items must be picked up when your event concludes.
The event space comes as a blank canvas for you to personalize. We offer tablescaping package as well as full decor packages. We can also provide you with our preferred vendors list.
No smoking is allowed in or around the premises.
There are 2 bathrooms on each floor. One is handicap accessible.

The additional cost is $100 per hour.
WE OFFER HALF DAY OR FULL DAY RENTALS 7 DAYS A WEEK. DURING THE WEEK, THERE IS AN HOURLY RATE WITH A 4 HOUR MINIMUM.
YES. Our commercial kitchen can be rented. Caterer must have a signed waiver, proof of insurance. Additional fees will apply.
YES, Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks from our cash bar throughout the event. Please inquire about our open bar packages.
